Arc is a former student of the Shinobi Institute for the Advancement of Technology in the Hidden Sand Village. There, he constructed new age weaponry for the village including puppets with more advanced hidden weaponry and his own weapon, the sand blaster. The sand blaster is a special cannon that infuses sand with different chakra natures, depending on each shinobi, and launches them. Due to his own fire charka nature, Arc uses his sand blaster similar to a flamethrower.

Arc is a very skilled Shinobi in Ninjutsu and very capable in planning and strategizing. However he fails when it comes to hand to hand combat, which on the more than on occasion has ultimately been his downfall. Arc was trusted with the position as representative of the Sand Village on the International Shinobi Council's field squad along with Zane, Amber, and Toshiro after proving himself on multiple rescue and recon missions, and, since he is teamed up with two of the most skilled Taijutsu and Weaponry specialists in the Young Shinobi World, Arc considers himself to be in good hands. He is most known for saying very little to nothing outside of official business; and has also proven himself proficient in hiding his presence, silent movement, and silent killing techniques which are critical in pursuits and recon.

Welp guise, once again here's a character I haven't thrown up for you before. Arc was honestly a character I argued about keeping as I developed my Ninja Council Universe. I finally came up with a solid concept for him and that was enough to make the decision to keep him. I can't this is the FINAL version of his character because I'm still tweaking it, but This is what you get for now. Photoshopped the background out for your viewing pleasure.
